Armour Building is used to reinforce the system.
It’s targeted work using one or two kettlebells, focused on moderate/high loads and mid range reps to build muscle, strengthen weak points, and support long-term progression.
Sitting between strength and conditioning, it acts as a bridge between the two realms—developing the body in ways that carry over to all six pillars.
