Warrior Within Training has something to offer whether you are an accomplished athlete looking to find that extra edge, a fitness enthusiast looking to take their workouts to the next level or someone looking to get started.
One On One Training
One on One training is the most personalized form of training. Extra care and attention can be given to the client in helping them reach his/her goals. Training packages start at a minimum of 10 sessions and can be spread out from 1 - 5 times per week. It is recommended new clients train at least twice per week to ensure better results as well as continuity in their new training program.
COST: 10 sessions @ $55.00 per hour (plus GST)
Training with a partner, spouse, or friend is an excellent way to keep each other motivated while having a ton of fun working out! For some it can also be a much more affordable option while still receiving close attention from the trainer. Exercises can be progressed and regressed for each person during the workout although the ideal is to have two people near the same level of fitness. This ensures an even more kick ass and fun Warrior Within workout!!!
COST: 10 Sessions @ $65.00 per hour ( $32.50 per person ) plus GST
