I found it at a time when life hit hard. After losing my father, I was carrying more than grief — I was carrying weight I didn’t know how to move through. Steel Mace Flow became a place to process, to focus, to express — and to keep moving forward when standing still wasn’t an option.
Shortly after his passing, I completed my Steel Mace Flow Level 2 test. Every swing, every flow, every breath was a step through that weight.

SMF uses a 5-10lb steel mace and is similar to learning a Martial Arts practice that incorporates strength & conditioning with elements of Animal Flow, Tai Chi, and Yoga.
You will learn the footwork, landmarks and language of SMF and combine them to create an endless number of combinations & flows.
