SCOTT HARRIS

My mission is to guide you to a point where—outside of accountability, motivation and refining your skills — you no longer need a coach.

Because the truth is a great coach should be working towards making themselves progressively unnecessary.

But just as important…I want you to enjoy the process.

I want you to find movement that challenges you, engages you, and actually makes you want to come back for more.

MY STORY

In my heart I will always be that awkward movie/film nerd who found hope and confidence in his cinematic heroes. As a kid growing up I was far from being an athlete, but rather shy and awkward — finding my courage through the inspiration of Indiana Jones, Han Solo and Superman.

Although I began lifting weights during my 20’s, it wasn’t until I was in my 30’s that I truly started my fitness journey.

My true fitness journey began during a deeply personal place—watching my Mom battle cancer. Losing her forced me to confront my own life and pushed me to make meaningful changes.

Since then I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and for just over a decade of that time — I trained myself and my clients using traditional methods — bodybuilding splits, 5x5 strength work, German Volume Training etc.

The truth is while it worked…it never truly connected with me. I found myself often going through the motions and more often than not bored with my training.

I knew something was missing. I trained because I had to…not because I loved to.

I knew I wanted something more engaging. Not just physically but mentally as well. Not long before I lost my father to a severe stroke, I discovered the power of kettlebells and the steel mace.

These two tools stripped away everything I didn’t enjoy about conventional fitness — no more overly complicated programs, no more dependency on machines and no more chasing workouts that felt disconnected.

Just simple, effective skill based training that builds strength, conditioning and mobility — all in one.

Kettlebells and the steel mace showed me just how fun training should be.

And the best part? These tools woke up my inner film nerd and that little kid with the wild imagination.

Training with these tools turned my training into a playground and my workouts into a test of my inner hero.

Losing my Dad as I entered my 50’s shook me to my core. Time has become more valuable than ever.

It has heightened the importance of only doing things that I love to do.

Whether you find a passion for kettlebells and mace or not — I truly you want you to find the movement practice that lights you up and gets you excited to take better care of your body.

The truth is, the more you enjoy something — the easier it will be to remain motivated and disciplined.

I truly believe the fitness industry often makes things more complicated than they need to be. It thrives on confusion & dependency — on memberships, machines, and constant guidance.

In many ways it takes the fun and joy out of moving our bodies by bogging it down with overthinking and overanalyzing. Training has become sterile.

I believe in the opposite.

I believe in simplicity.

I believe in ownership.

I believe in giving you the tools to take control of your own training. Fitness should free you — not imprison you.

My goal is to help you become self-empowered.

To build your strength, develop real skill, and deepen your awareness of your body — so you can train with confidence, anywhere, for life.
