Warrior Within was built from that belief.

I have taken clients who have never picked up a kettlebell and turned them into highly confident kettlebell warriors.

MINIMAL SPACE — train at home, outdoors, in your condo gym, or almost anywhere life takes you. No more reliance on big-box gyms.
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT — there is no need to buy anything out of the gate. All equipment is provided in studio. But with as little as one kettlebell, you can get the job done. Over time, many clients build a small home setup with 2-4 kettlebells and everything they need to stay in incredible shape.
MINIMAL TIME — no commute, no waiting on equipment, and no wasted hours. With the fundamentals in place, highly effective sessions can be done in as little as 20-40 minutes.
SIMPLE PROGRAMMING — less fluff, fewer moving parts, and more focus on the foundational movements that actually matter. The result: get stronger, move better, and enjoy the process.

1:1 COACHING — in person sessions at Fit On 6th in New Westminster B.C.
PARTNER TRAINING - training with a spouse, friend or family member
SMALL GROUP TRAINING - ideal for workshops, teams, and offsite sessions
ONLINE 1:1 COACHING - personalized coaching for those outside the studio area
MOBILE COACHING - bring Warrior Within directly to your home or preferred space. Even the kettlebells will come to you!
A typical week can include a mix of 1:1 coaching sessions with me and structured homework sessions on your own.
For most people, 3 total workouts per week is ideal to achieve the fastest results.
*For in person coaching and mobile sessions all equipment is provided.
***Over time, most of my clients build a simple home kettlebell set up so that they can maximize their progress.
Until then they make use of the kettlebells available to them at their public gym.
The system is designed to gradually build you towards independence.
The goal is to not make you dependent on a coach forever. It’s to give you the skill, confidence, and structure to take training into your own hands.
With consistency, many clients begin seeing powerful results in as little as 10 sessions and 90 minutes per week.
