Many people can’t afford a personal trainer for an indefinite period of time, so my job is to ensure that you acquire the skills to not rely on me forever.

Kettlebell training can be done at home, outdoors or almost anywhere you desire. Just you, a kettlebell and/or a steel mace with 36 square feet is all you need to complete an excellent workout.
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT — with as little as one single kettlebell you can get the job done.
As they progress, many of my clients slowly build out their own home gym. With 2-4 kettlebells of varying weight you can get into incredible shape.
MINIMAL TIME — no more commute to the gym or waiting on machines and/or equipment.
With the fundamentals of kettlebell training at your disposal you can complete a highly effective workout in as little as 20-40 minutes — leaving more time for the things in life you really love.

**Equipment is provided for all in studio sessions. However I always encourage my clients to purchase their own kettlebells for home workout programs. Some gyms do have kettlebells but often the selection is not always optimal.
Based in New Westminster BC, Warrior Within Training is the only kettlebell focused coaching system in the area. There are a few different options available to join the Warrior Within community.

You’re NOT ready to be consistent — results come from showing up! Life will always find ways to get in the way of your training. Aside from emergencies or truly unexpected outside circumstances — your training needs to become non negotiable.
HOW IT WORKS…
Train 2-3 times per week. These sessions can be either online or in person.
The weekly workouts can be a mix of personal coaching with me as well as homework on your own. Most clients come in to train with me 1-3x per week. For the best results, a total of 3 workouts per week is ideal.
For in person sessions all training equipment is provided. Many clients will eventually purchase their own kettlebells for home use. Some will utilize whatever their current gym provides but building your own personal home gym is ideal. Sadly most gyms are very limited on kettlebells.
Structured system designed to gradually build you towards independence.
Many of my clients continue to train with me for added motivation, accountability and mastery of skill but the underlying goal is to lead you into complete self empowerment.
The truth is that if you are willing to put in a little time and consistency in learning the kettlebell it will help you achieve amazing results in as little as 90 minutes per week.
They are the most time efficient tool that will improve all areas of your fitness.
